Daily production steps of electric heating heat conducting oil furnace

In the daily workshop processing and production process of electric heating heat-conducting oil furnace, there are generally three steps: inspection before startup, start-up operation and shutdown; operators should be familiar with each step of heat-transfer oil explosion-proof electric heater, regular inspection and safe production operation.

1、 Check before startup

1. Whether the electric heating heat conducting oil furnace and its surroundings are clean and free of foreign matters, and check whether the furnace body, burner, controller, fire hole, chimney, etc. are normal;

2. Reverse the process equipment and process, check whether the oil level of the expansion tank is at the position of 1 / 4 to 1 / 2 of the liquid level, and whether the thermometer and pressure gauge are normal;

3. Turn on the power supply of the control cabinet of the heating furnace, check whether the voltage is normal, and check whether the indicator light and all display instruments are normal;

4. Adjust the main pressure reducing valve and secondary pressure reducing valve of gas to make the pressure control to 0.005 MPa.

2、 Start up and run

1. Start the heat transfer oil circulating pump (one for operation and one for standby, refer to the water pump operation regulations), and circulate normally for about 0.5 hours after starting the pump to make the pressure stable;

2. Press the burner start button to observe whether the furnace flame burns normally. If not, start the burner again after troubleshooting.

3、 Shutdown and shutdown

1. Normal shutdown

① Gradually reduce the temperature, turn off the burner and stop the combustion;

② When the temperature of hot oil drops below 70 ℃, stop the operation of hot oil circulating pump; ③ turn off the main power supply and make shift records.

2. Emergency shutdown

In case of emergency in production, the burner shall be shut down as soon as possible, and the burner shall be removed along the burner hinge shaft to form a natural ventilation state between the furnace and the chimney, and the heat storage in the furnace shall be dissipated, so as to facilitate the natural cooling of heat conducting oil and prevent equipment damage caused by overheating.
