Heating principle of pipeline heater

Pipeline heater is a kind of energy-saving equipment for material pre heating. It is installed before the material equipment to realize the direct heating of material, so that it can cycle heating in high temperature and achieve the purpose of energy saving. It is widely used in pre heating of heavy oil, asphalt, clean oil and other fuel oil.

The pipeline heater is divided into two modes: one is to use the flange type tubular electric heating element inside the pipeline heater to heat the heat conducting oil in the reactor jacket of the pipeline heater, and transfer the heat energy in the pipeline heater to the chemical raw materials in the reactor inside the pipeline heater. Another way is to directly insert the tubular electric heating element in the pipe heater into the reactor in the pipeline heater or evenly distribute the electric heating pipe around the wall of the pipe heater. This mode is called the internal heating type of the pipe heater. The internal heating type of the pipeline heater has the advantages of fast temperature rising and high efficiency.

Another mode of pipeline heater is far infrared electric heating device. That is to say, the electric heater in the internal system of the pipeline heater encapsulates the bottom of the reactor in the pipeline heater and the middle and lower parts of the pipeline heater for heating. The far-infrared electric heating device of the pipeline heater has a large heating area in the internal system of the pipeline heater, the temperature rise of the pipeline heater is stable and fast, the heat release of the pipeline heater is uniform, the temperature control of the pipe heater is convenient, the pipe heater can be controlled in upper, middle and lower sections, the temperature of the kettle wall in the pipe heater is easy to control, and the pipeline heater has no side effect on the fuel in the kettle In addition, there is no carbonization of the existing materials in the pipeline heater. The pipeline heater operates without noise. The service life of the pipeline heater is long (more than 30000 hours), and the energy saving of the pipeline heater is significant (more than 28%).

The pipeline heater is the reactor heater of the new generation pipeline heater internal system. The pipeline heater uses electric heating mode combined with far-infrared technology to evenly distribute the heat to the reactor in the pipeline heater. Compared with the original heat-conducting oil and steam heating, the pipeline heater can save more than 30% of the production cost; the temperature control system of the pipeline heater uses the thyristor in the pipeline heater as the main component and has a computer interface. The pipeline heater uses the computer to analyze and control the temperature difference, which makes the operators of the pipeline heater more relaxed. The far-infrared in the pipeline heater promotes the blood circulation, which is beneficial to the human body No harm. In the environment of energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection, the development prospect of pipeline heater is also expanding. Many large chemical units at home and abroad are replacing heat transfer oil and steam heating with far-infrared heating.
