Application and structure of air duct electric heater

Air duct electric heater is mainly used for industrial air duct, room heating, large factory workshop heating, drying room and circulation heating of channel air, providing air temperature to achieve heating effect.

The main structure of the air duct electric heater is frame type wall panel structure, with over temperature protection device inside. If the heating temperature is higher than or greater than 120 ℃, the heat insulation zone or heat dissipation zone must be set between the junction box and the heater, and the surface of the electric heater element shall be provided with fin heat dissipation structure. The low and medium temperature air duct electric heater does not need to set the heat insulation area or radiator area, and the surface of the electric heater element naturally dissipates heat and is electrically controlled The system and the fan must be linked. Start the fan first and then the electric heater, and then cut off the heater and then the fan. The time difference must be greater than 2 minutes.

Control. A linkage device is set between the fan and the heater to ensure that the heater can be started after the fan works. After the heater stops working, the fan must delay for more than 2 minutes to prevent the heater from overheating and damage.

2. Carbon steel or stainless steel material is used as support;

3. It is composed of combined connection mode.

The electric heating tube is equipped with heat sink, which can play a good role in thermal efficiency. The surface temperature of the tube is very high. High temperature magnesia powder and anti-oxidation heating wire are used in the internal design. High temperature resistant stainless steel pipe is selected. The installation and use environment are fully considered. Special treatment is adopted for the sealing requirements of components to meet the safety and life requirements of heating elements of the equipment.
